The project consisted of sediment remediation at the Former Rab Valley Wood Preserving Site located in Panama, Oklahoma. Construction dewatering was conducted for two separate areas completed during separate phases. LRT provided two (2) water treatment systems, each designed to treat for Total Suspended Solids (TSS), Oil & Grease, filterable metals and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) at a maximum flow rate of 300 gallons per minute (gpm). One of the water treatment systems was utilized during the first project phase and the additional water treatment system was incorporated for the second project phase for a combined flow rate capacity of 600 gpm. Each water treatment system was enclosed in one (1) 8’x 45’x 9.5’ conex box that was completely insulated, heated and lighted. One Master Control Panel (MCP) operated the entire system including the winterization items. The conex boxes contained all water treatment equipment except for the oil/water separators (OWS), weir tanks and frac tanks.
