- Senior Project Manager
Kim is a Senior Project Manager and Environmental Geologist at LRT with over 20 years of professional experience in environmental consulting and site remediation management. Prior to working with LRT, her experience spanned locations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania and Florida.
Kim’s experience has included: portfolio management for a major petroleum client in Florida and New England, responsibility for total project control and financial management; mentoring and management of staff and subcontractors; daily regulatory, client and stakeholder interface; permitting and property access negotiations; health and safety planning; proposals and work plan preparations; best management practices; soil, groundwater, and aquifer parameter testing; data interpretation and QA/QC verification; waste characterization and disposal coordination; technical report writing and review, active and passive remediation system operation and maintenance, tank closure and dewatering assessments, natural attenuation monitoring, and building science reporting pertaining to asbestos and lead-based paint.
Kim holds a B.S. in Environmental Geology from Northeastern University.
